And 'tool - but not a quality re-manufactured product at Five O'Clock when some bugs have been fixed, the vacuum that works well but is definitely a quality product. This was billed as a re-built to factory specifications. The first problem was a loose screw on the bottom that tore two blankets. The vacuum was easily repaired, carpets, not so easy. The next problem was the extension rods. Those who came by the emptiness was not the right one. Hoover promised to send replacements - six weeks and counting - still no replacement. The power head was dirty and scratched cleaning accessories, but functional. Finally, cord irritated, but is still usable, but not what you would expect from a quality product. For the price and features that will keep it but I will think twice before you buy another again to build the Hoover product. 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Amazon gave me a star and is the only reason I have one! C Johnson This is the worst vacuum I had. Do not buy. The vacuum that works for me about 20 minutes to an hour, constantly blocked ... for any reason and aspiration is horrible. I'm running to get a Dyson and never looked back. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Remanufactured Hoover vacuum Roteomics U57809RM We have been using for over a month. That works very well. The dirt cup is transparent so you know when to dump the garbage inside. No more bag filter changes, since it has a HEPA filter life. My wife felt that the vacuum is too heavy for her work. There are some scratches on the body will remember that it is in fact refurbished. See all 9 customer reviews ....
